Clear aligners with individual treatment plans (Treatment planned by Dr. Ramberg and patient is able to provide treatment input through computer generated models). Aligners are made in office to allow starting treatment soon after diagnosis.
Phase 1 Orthodontic Treatment including:
In office CBCT (3D imaging) is used to diagnose and treat every case. Depending on height and width of bone, different treatment options are available. Implant consultations are always welcome and all options can be discussed.
Intra-oral Scanning- With a simple intra-oral scan, Dr. Ramberg is able to treatment plan your case and print clear aligners efficiently with little wait time, compared to other aligner systems. Cost is greatly reduced due to in house model printing capabilities.
Guided Surgical Implant placement increases accuracy and efficiency. The intra-oral scan and CBCT (3D x-ray) are merged and a digital implant is treatment planned. Once the treatment plan is approved, a surgical guide is printed in office. The surgical guide is used during surgery to drill and place the implant with high level of accuracy.
Bone Grafting includes grafting bone after tooth extraction. (Both resorbable and non-resorbable membranes are used.) Dr. Ramberg also can perform Lateral Ridge Augmentation (building the width of the bone with or without tenting screws) if needed. Procedure options will be discussed specific to the patient’s need.
Soft Tissue Grafting includes connective tissue grafting and free Gingival Grafting. Grafting can be for root coverage and site preparation for implants, crowns or bridge patients.
Dr. Ramberg is able to diagnose and treat molar, pre-molar and anterior root canals. A CBCT Scan (3D Imaging) aids in the diagnosis allowing for a pre-operative study of shape, length and number of canals within the tooth. Once Root Canal Therapy is complete, a crown can be prepared the same day, saving another trip to the Dentist.
Upon request, Oral Sedation with Nitrous Oxide can be administered for dental procedures.
Impacted wisdom teeth (upper and lower) can be extracted with oral sedation.
Due to proximity of the lower nerve to the roots of the lower wisdom teeth, a limited view 3D image may be recommended to reduce the risk of nerve damage.
Complete and Partial Dentures can be fabricated new or can be retro-fitted to fit over implants, with locators or o-ball attachments.
Oxidative Therapy (Longevity Generator) creates a calm environment during treatment of acute dental issues and preventative visits. (The rest looks great!)
